Renyu.co will not be responsible or liable for any lost, held, or stolen goods caused by any Mail Carrier or any other persons.

Once we have shipped your order and provided you a tracking number, please contact the Mail Carrier for any concerns on locating your order.

At any given time, materials may become unavailable to us. If this occurs while your order is pending and may exceed the current processing time, we will offer you a refund if you are not okay with waiting until we can fulfill your order.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

In the unlikely event they arrive wrong or damaged/defective, please visit the “contact us” page for info on reaching out to us for any questions or concerns. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will address the situation as best as we can and any issues that exceed the 3 days will be no longer be valid.

Please review your order details carefully as well as shipping information before completing your purchase. Renyu.co will not be responsible for any items returned. We will not refund any items that were returned to us and if a re-shipment is requested, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to make a cancellation or an adjustment to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Please visit the “contact us” page for contact info. Once the order is fulfilled and/or the order ships, we can no longer accept any cancellations/adjustments. NO REFUNDS will be given at that point.
